كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ

Who said: Li'an is a form of divorce?

‌مَنْ قَالَ: اللِّعَانُ تَطْلِيقَةٌ

Hazrat Mughira (R.A.) narrates that I asked Hazrat Ibrahim (R.A.) whether the order related to Li'aan was more severe than the order related to three divorces? They replied yes.

حضرت مغیرہ (رض) کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت ابراہیم (رض) سے پوچھا کہ کیا لعان کرنے والا تین طلاقیں دینے والے سے زیادہ شدید حکم والا ہے ؟ انھوں نے فرمایا ہاں۔

Hazrat Mugheera (RA) kahte hain ke maine Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) se poocha ke kya laan karne wala teen talaq dene wale se zyada shadeed hukm wala hai? Unhon ne farmaya haan.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ : الْمُلَاعِنُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ الَّذِي يُطَلِّقُ ثَلَاثًا ؟ فَقَالَ : « نَعَمْ »
