كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ Who said: There is no jest in divorce and emancipation, and it is binding?
مَنْ قَالَ: لَيْسَ فِي الطَّلَاقِ وَالْعَتَاقِ لَعِبٌ، وَقَالَ: هُوَ لَهُ لَازِمٌ

Hazrat Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) said: There are three things in which there is no joking: Marriage, divorce and taking back one's wife.
حضرت ابو دردائ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ تین چیزیں ایسی ہیں جن میں مزاح نہیں ہوتا : نکاح، عتاق اور طلاق
Hazrat Abu Darda (RA) farmate hain keh teen cheezain aisi hain jin mein mazaah nahi hota: nikah, ataq aur talaq
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ : « ثَلَاثٌ لَا يُلْعَبُ بِهِنَّ النِّكَاحُ ، وَالْعَتَاقُ ، وَالطَّلَاقُ »
