كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ

What is said about the removed woman, does she have maintenance or not?

‌مَا قَالُوا: فِي الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ، تَكُونُ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ أَمْ لَا

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 18495

Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) states that the woman seeking divorce will be provided with accommodation and financial support.

حضرت ابراہیم (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ خلع لینے والی عورت کو رہائش اور نفقہ ملے گا۔

Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) farmate hain keh khula lene wali aurat ko rahaish aur nafaqa milega.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ : « لِلْمُخْتَلِعَةِ السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةُ »
