كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What is said about the removed woman, does she have maintenance or not?
مَا قَالُوا: فِي الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ، تَكُونُ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ أَمْ لَا
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 18498
Hazrat Hasan (R.A.) used to say that there is no residence and financial support for a woman who seeks divorce and a woman who has been given three divorces.
حضرت حسن (رض) فرمایا کرتے تھے کہ خلع لینے والی عورت کے لیے اور اس عورت کے لیے جسے تین طلاقیں دی جاچکی ہوں رہائش اور نفقہ نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmaya karte thay keh khula lene wali aurat ke liye aur us aurat ke liye jise teen talaqen di ja chuki hon rahaish aur nafaqa nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : « لَيْسَ لِلْمُخْتَلِعَةِ ، وَلَا الْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلَاثًا سُكْنَى ، وَلَا نَفَقَةٌ »
