Who said: If four months pass in abstaining, she should observe the waiting period?

‌مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا مَضَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ فِي الْإِيلَاءِ تَعْتَدُّ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 18586

Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (R.A) states that there is no waiting period (Iddah) necessary in this case.

حضرت جابر بن زید (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اس پر عدت لازم نہیں ہے۔

Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (RA) farmate hain ke is par iddat lazim nahi hai

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : « لَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا عِدَّةٌ »
