كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What did they say about the waiting period of the mother of the child? Who said: Three menstrual periods if she was widowed.
مَا قَالُوا فِي عِدَّةِ أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ، مَنْ قَالَ: ثَلَاثُ حِيَضٍ إِذَا تُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا

Hazrat Ata (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the waiting period for a woman divorced during her menstrual cycle is three menstrual cycles.
حضرت عطائ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ام ولد باندی کی عدت تین حیض ہے۔
Hazrat Ataa (Raz) farmate hain ke umme walad bandi ki iddat teen haiz hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ : « ثَلَاثَةُ قُرُوءٍ »
