١٤-
كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What did they say about a woman who has a husband and has children from another man, some of her children die. Who said: Her husband cannot approach her until she menstruates.
مَا قَالُوا فِي الْمَرْأَةِ يَكُونُ لَهَا زَوْجٌ وَلَهَا وَلَدٌ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ، فَيَمُوتُ بَعْضُ وَلَدِهَا، مَنْ قَالَ: لَا يَأْتِيهَا زَوْجُهَا حَتَّى تَحِيضَ

Hazrat Umar (RA) said: Do not go near her until it becomes clear whether she is pregnant or not.
حضرت عمر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اس وقت تک اس کے قریب نہ جائے جب تک یہ بات واضح نہ ہوجائے کہ وہ حاملہ ہے یا نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Umar (RA) farmate hain ke iss waqt tak uske qareeb na jaye jab tak yeh baat wazeh na ho jaye ke woh hamil hai ya nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ : « لَا يَقْرَبُهَا حَتَّى يَنْظُرَ أَنَّهَا حُبْلَى أَوْ لَا »
