كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ

What did they say about a man who divorces his wife and she is pregnant with twins?

‌مَا قَالُوا فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَفِي بَطْنِهَا وَلَدَانِ

It is narrated from Hazrat Ata (may Allah be pleased with him) in the same way.

حضرت عطائ (رض) سے بھی یونہی منقول ہے۔

Hazrat Ata (RA) se bhi yunhi manqol hai.
