١٤-
كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ In the case of a deceased woman's husband and she is pregnant. Who said: She is provided for from her share.
فِي الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ مَنْ قَالَ: يُنْفَقُ عَلَيْهَا مِنْ نَصِيبِهَا

Hazrat Hassan (R.A.) said that if the husband of a pregnant woman passes away, expenses for her and the child should be covered from his inheritance.
حضرت حسن (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کسی حاملہ کا خاوند فوت ہوجائے تو اس پر اس کے وراثتی حصے میں سے خرچ کیا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmate hain keh agar kisi hamilہ ka khawand fot hojae to us par us ke wirasati hisse mein se kharch kia jae ga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا هُشَيْمٌ ، نا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ : « يُنْفَقُ عَلَيْهَا مِنْ نَصِيبِهَا »
