كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What is said about the two arbitrators, who said: whatever they decide is permissible?
مَا قَالُوا فِي الْحَكَمَيْنِ، مَنْ قَالَ: مَا صَنَعَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ

Hazrat Shabi (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the decision of two arbitrators between husband and wife will be binding. He said that the decision of two arbitrators between husband and wife will be binding.
حضرت شعبی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ دو ثالث میاں بیوی کے درمیان جو فیصلہ کردیں وہ نافذ ہوگا۔ فرماتے ہیں کہ دو ثالث میاں بیوی کے درمیان جو فیصلہ کردیں وہ نافذ ہوگا۔
