كِتَابُ الطِّبِّ

Regarding the use of wine and intoxicants for treatment.

‌فِي الْخَمْرِ يُتَدَاوَى بِهِ وَالسَّكَرِ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 23496

It is narrated about Prophet Abraham that he disliked being treated with alcohol, the blood of chickpeas, and by cauterization (treatment with fire).

حضرت ابراہیم کے بارے میں منقول ہے کہ وہ اس بات کو ناپسند سمجھتے تھے کہ شراب اور چیچڑ کے خون کے ساتھ اور آگ کے ذریعہ سے علاج کیا جائے۔

Hazrat Ibrahim ke bare mein manqol hai ki woh is baat ko napasand samajhte the ki sharaab aur cheechar ke khoon ke sath aur aag ke zariye se ilaaj kiya jaye.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ : « أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يُتَدَاوَى بِالْخَمْرِ ، وَبِدَمِ الْحَلَمِ ، وَبِالنَّارِ »
