Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 34368
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Ibrahim bin Mughirah... or Ibn Abi Mughirah... that he said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Give glad tidings to the Ghuraba." It was asked who are the Ghuraba? He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "They are those who, in the time of the corruption of the people, reform."
حضرت ابراہیم بن مغیرہ ۔۔۔ یا ابن ابی مغیرہ ۔۔۔ سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : ” خوشخبری ہو غرباء کے لیے “ پوچھا گیا غرباء کون ہیں ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جو لوگوں کے فساد کے وقت اصلاح کرتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Ibrahim bin Mughirah ya Ibn e Abi Mughirah se riwayat hai woh kehte hain ke Janab Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya Khushkhabri ho ghurba ke liye Poocha gaya ghurba kaun hain Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya Yeh woh log hain jo logon ke fasad ke waqt islaah karte hain
أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ أَوِ ابْنَ أَبِي الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : طُوبَى لِلْغُرَبَاءِ ، قِيلَ : وَمَنِ الْغُرَبَاءُ ؟ قَالَ : قَوْمٌ يُصْلِحُونَ حِينَ يُفْسِدُ النَّاسُ
