كِتَابُ الزُّهْدِ
What Was Mentioned About the Virtue of the Remembrance of Allah
مَا جَاءَ فِي فَضْلِ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 35065
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Suwaid bin Jahil that he said that whoever says after Asr, 'La ilaha illallah, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir' (There is no deity worthy of worship but Allah, to Him belongs all sovereignty and to Him belongs all praise and He is over all things omnipotent) - then these words will continue to intercede for the one who said them.
حضرت سوید بن جہیل سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جو شخص عصر کے بعد لا الہ الا اللہ، لہ الملک ولہ الحمد وہو علی کل شیء قدیر کہے گا تو یہ کلمات اپنے کہنے والے کے لیے کل تک جھگڑتے رہیں گے۔
Hazrat Suwaid bin Jahil se riwayat hai woh kehte hain ke jo shakhs Asr ke baad La ilaha illallah, lahul mulk walahul hamd wahuwa ala kulli shai'in qadir kahega to ye kalimat apne kehne wale ke liye kal tak jhagarte rahenge.
وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ سُوَيْد بْنِ جَهْبَلٍ قَالَ : " مَنْ قَالَ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ : لَا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ، قَاتَلْنَ عَنْ قَائِلِهِنَّ إلَى مِثْلِهَا مِنْ الْغَدِ "، حَدَّثَنَا
