كِتَابُ الزُّهْدِ
The Words of al-Hasan al-Basri
كَلَامُ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 35277
It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Amr bin Qais that whoever recites two hundred verses of the Holy Quran in such a way that he is looking at the Quran, then no one will be able to do a better deed than this person on that day.
حضرت عمرو بن قیس سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جو شخص قرآن پاک کی دو صد آیات کی تلاوت اس طرح کرتا ہے کہ وہ قرآن کو دیکھ رہا ہوتا ہے تو کوئی آدمی اس دن اس شخص سے افضل کام کرنے والا نہیں ہوتا۔
Hazrat Amr bin Qais se riwayat hai woh kehte hain keh jo shakhs Quran Pak ki do sad ayaat ki tilawat is tarah karta hai keh woh Quran ko dekh raha hota hai to koi aadmi us din us shakhs se afzal kaam karne wala nahi hota.
ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ : « مَنْ قَرَأَ مِائَتَيْ آيَةٍ وَهُوَ يَنْظُرُ فِي الْمُصْحَفِ لَمْ يَجِئْ أَحَدٌ فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ بِأَفْضَلَ مِنْهُ »
