كِتَابُ الزُّهْدِ
The Words of al-Hasan al-Basri
كَلَامُ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 35308
It is narrated from Hazrat Hasan, regarding the Divine saying: {A barrier is placed between them, in which there is a gate; within it is mercy}, that he said: What is meant by this is Paradise. And by {And its outward face is from the direction of the punishment}, is meant Hellfire.
حضرت حسن سے ارشادِ خداوندی { فَضُرِبَ بَیْنَہُمْ بِسُورٍ لَہُ بَابٌ بَاطِنُہُ فِیہِ الرَّحْمَۃُ } کے بارے میں روایت ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ اس سے مراد جنت ہے۔ اور { وَظَاہِرُہُ مِنْ قِبَلِہِ الْعَذَابُ } سے مراد جہنم ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan se irshad e khudawandi { fazuriba baynahum bisorin lahu babun batinahu feehir rehma } ke bare mein riwayat hai. Woh kehte hain ke is se murad jannat hai. Aur { wazahiruhu min qibalihazab } se murad jahannum hai.
يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي قَوْلِهِ : ﴿ فَضُرِبَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِسُورٍ لَهُ بَابٌ ، بَاطِنُهُ فِيهِ الرَّحْمَةُ ﴾ [ الحديد : ١٣ ]، قَالَ : « الْجَنَّةُ »، ﴿ وَظَاهِرُهُ مِنْ قِبَلِهِ الْعَذَابُ ﴾ [ الحديد : ١٣ ]، قَالَ : « النَّارُ »
