كِتَابُ الزُّهْدِ
The Words of al-Hasan al-Basri
كَلَامُ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 35316
It is narrated from Hazrat Hasan, regarding the Divine Decree {And forget not thy portion of the world}, he said: "Send forth (your belongings) in excess, and keep with you only that much which will suffice you (to reach your destination)."
حضرت حسن سے ارشادِ باری تعالیٰ { وَلاَ تَنْسَ نَصِیبَک مِنَ الدُّنْیَا } کے بارے میں روایت ہے فرمایا : اضافی چیز آگے بھیج دو اور اتنی چیز روکو جو تمہیں (منزل پر) پہنچا دے۔
Hazrat Hassan se irshad e bari tala { wala tansaa naseebak min-al-dunya } ke bare mein riwayat hai farmaya : izafi cheez aage bhej do aur itni cheez roko jo tumhein (manzil par) pohancha de.
حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ : ﴿ وَلَا تَنْسَ نَصِيبَكَ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا ﴾ [ القصص : ٧٧ ]، قَالَ : « قَدِّمِ الْفَضْلَ ، وَأَمْسِكْ مَا يَبْلُغُكَ »
