كِتَابُ الزُّهْدِ
What They Said About Crying Out of Fear of Allah
مَا قَالُوا فِي الْبُكَاءِ مِنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ

The alternative is Ibn Misrah Uqayli or Mutar al-Warraq (RA) who said that the person who has come to know his Lord starts loving Him. The person who sees the world with the eyes of his heart becomes indifferent to it. A believer is not negligent as long as he is not indulged in useless activities. When he reflects, he becomes sorrowful.
بدیل بن میسرہ عقیلی یا مطر الوراق (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ جس شخص نے رب کو پہچان لیا وہ اس سے محبت کرنے لگا اور جو شخص دنیا کو دل کی آنکھ سے دیکھ لیتا ہے وہ اس میں زہد اختیار کرلیتا ہے اور مومن جب تک بےکار کام میں نہ لگے غافل نہیں ہوتا۔ جب وہ سوچتا ہے تو غم گین ہوتا ہے۔
Badil bin Musira Aqeeli ya Mutar al-Warraq (RA) farmate hain ke jis shakhs ne Rab ko pehchan liya woh us se mohabbat karne laga aur jo shakhs duniya ko dil ki aankh se dekh leta hai woh is mein zahid ikhtiyar karleta hai aur momin jab tak bekar kaam mein na lage ghaafil nahin hota. Jab woh sochta hai to ghamgeen hota hai.
زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سُمَيْطٍ ، عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ أَوْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : مَنْ عَرَفَ رَبَّهُ أَحَبَّهُ ، وَمَنْ أَبْصَرَ الدُّنْيَا زَهِدَ فِيهَا ، وَلَا يَغْفُلُ الْمُؤْمِنُ حَتَّى يَلْهُوَ ، فَإِذَا تَفَكَّرَ حَزِنَ
