كِتَابُ الْأَوَائِلِ
Chapter on the First Action and Who Did It
بَابُ أَوَّلِ مَا فُعِلَ وَمَنْ فَعَلَهُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 35856
Hazrat Abdullah bin Habib says that the beginning of the verse is general and its end is specific, and then you read this verse {And on the Day of Resurrection they will be returned to the severest punishment, and Allah is not unaware of what you do.}
حضرت عبداللہ بن حبیب فرماتے ہیں کہ آیت کی ابتداء عام ہے اور اس کی انتہاء خاص ہے اور پھر آپ نے یہ آیت پڑھی { وَیَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃِ یُرَدُّونَ إِلَی أَشَدِّ الْعَذَابِ ، وَمَا اللَّہُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ }۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Habib farmate hain keh aayat ki ibtida aam hai aur is ki intiha khas hai aur phir aap ne yeh aayat parhi { wa yawma al-qiyamati yuradduna ila ashaddi al-azabi , wa ma Allahu bi ghafilin amma ta'maloon } .
أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ قَالَ " يَكُونُ أَوَّلُ الْآيَةِ عَامًّا وَآخِرُهَا خَاصًّا وَقَرَأَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ : ﴿ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُرَدُّونَ إِلَى أَشَدِّ الْعَذَابِ وَمَا اللَّهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ ﴾ [ البقرة : ٨٥ ] "
