Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 35914
It is narrated from Hazrat Hassan that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Seeking knowledge is obligatory upon every Muslim. Verily, the one who seeks knowledge is on the right path on the first day, on the second day he is doing good, and after that he is showing off."
حضرت حسن سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ ولیمہ پہلے دن حق ہے، دوسرے دن نیکی ہے اور اس کے بعد ریاء ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya keh walima pehle din haq hai, doosre din neki hai aur is ke baad riya hai.
عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « الْوَلِيمَةُ أَوَّلُ يَوْمٍ حَقٌّ ، وَالثَّانِي مَعْرُوفٌ ، وَمَا وَرَاءَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ رِيَاءٌ »
