Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 36469
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to perform Witr prayer with three Surahs: { Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High } and { Say, "O disbelievers" } and { Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One"}.
حضرت ابن عباس سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) تین سورتوں کے ساتھ وتر پڑھتے تھے۔ { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلَی } اور { قُلْ یَا أَیُّہَا الْکَافِرُونَ } اور { قُلْ ہُوَ اللَّہُ أَحَدٌ} کے ساتھ۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) teen suraton ke sath witr parhte thay. {Sabbih isma rabbikal a'ala} aur {Qul ya ayyuhal kafirun} aur {Qul huwallahu ahad} ke sath.
شَبَابَةُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، « أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُوتِرُ بِثَلَاثٍ يَقْرَأُ فِيهِنَّ بِسَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى ، وَقُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ ، وَقُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ »
