Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 36711
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu's-Safar that, on the day of Badr, the announcer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called out that whoever had captured Umm Hakeem bint Harith should release her, for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had granted her safety. An Ansar man had captured her and tied her hands behind her back with her hair. So when he heard the announcer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he set her free.
حضرت ابو السفر سے روایت ہے کہ بدر کے دن رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے منادی نے آواز دی کہ جس کسی نے ام حکیم بنت حزام کو قید کیا ہوا ہے وہ اس کو آزاد کر دے کیونکہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کو امان دے دی ہے۔ ایک انصاری آدمی نے ان کو قید کیا تھا اور ان کے ہاتھوں کو پچھلی طرف ان کے بالوں کے ساتھ باندھا ہوا تھا۔ پس جب انھوں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے منادی کو سُنا تو انھوں نے اس کو آزاد کردیا۔
Hazrat Abu al Saffar se riwayat hai keh Badr ke din Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke munaddi ne awaz di keh jis kisi ne Umm Hakim bint Hazam ko qaid kiya hua hai woh uss ko azad kar de kyunkeh Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne un ko aman de di hai. Ek Ansaari aadmi ne un ko qaid kiya tha aur un ke hathon ko pichli taraf un ke baalon ke sath bandha hua tha. Pas jab unhon ne Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke munaddi ko suna to unhon ne uss ko azad kar diya.
الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ أَبِي السَّفَرِ ، قَالَ : " نَادَى مُنَادِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ : مَنْ أَسَرَ أُمَّ حَكِيمٍ بِنْتَ حَرَامٍ فَلْيُخَلِّ سَبِيلَهَا ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَدْ أَمَّنَهَا ، فَأَسَرَهَا رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ وَكَنَفَهَا بِذُؤَابَتِهَا ، فَلَمَّا سَمِعَ مُنَادِيَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ خَلَّى سَبِيلَهَا "
