كِتَابُ الْجَمَلِ On the Journey of Aisha, Ali, Talha, and Az-Zubair
فِي مَسِيرِ عَائِشَةَ وَعَلِيٍّ وَطَلْحَةَ وَالزُّبَيْرِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 37808
It is narrated on the authority of Harith bin Mukhshi who said: I have not seen a day more severe than the Day of 'Aisha (meaning the Battle of Jamal), except for the Day of the Camel.
حریث بن مخشی سے منقول ہے کہ میں نے علیس کے دن سے زیادہ سخت دن نہیں دیکھا مگر جنگ جمل کا دن (کہ یہ اس بھی سخت تھا) ۔
Haris bin Mukhshi se manqol hai ki maine Yaum e Aalis se zyada sakht din nahi dekha magar Jang e Jamal ka din (ki yeh uss bhi sakht tha).
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ ، عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ حُرَيْثِ بْنِ مُخِشٍّ ، قَالَ : مَا شَهِدْتُ يَوْمًا أَشَدَّ مِنْ يَوْمِ ابْنِ عُلَيْسٍ إِلَّا يَوْمَ الْجَمَلِ "
