Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 4602
Umm Salama, the Mother of the Believers, said that the one who departed from this world (meaning the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to offer most of his prayers sitting before his death.
حضرت ام سلمہ ام المؤمنین فرماتی ہیں کہ وہ ذات جو اس دنیا سے چلی گئی (یعنی حضور حضور (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی ذات با برکات) وفات سے پہلے ان کی اکثر نمازیں بیٹھ کر ہوتی تھیں۔
Hazrat Umm e Salma Umm ul Momineen farmati hain keh woh zaat jo iss dunya se chali gayi yani Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki zaat e barkat wafat se pehle un ki aksar namazen beth kar hoti thin.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ، قَالَتْ : « وَالَّذِي ذَهَبَ بِنَفْسِهِ مَا مَاتَ حَتَّى كَانَ أَكْثَرُ صَلَاتِهِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ »
