Amr bin Su'aib narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘the one who inherits the Wala is the one who inherits the wealth.’ Imam Tirmidhi said, the chain of this Hadith is not strong.

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”ولاء کا وارث وہی ہو گا جو مال کا وارث ہو گا“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: اس حدیث کی سند زیادہ قوی نہیں ہے۔
``'Abd-al-Llah bin 'Amr Radiy Allahu 'Anhuma se Riwayat hai ke Rasool-Allah Salla-Allahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam ne Farmaya: "Wilayat ka Waris wahi hoga jo Mal ka Waris hoga"``. Imam Tirmizi kahte hain: Is Hadith ki Sandh ziada Qawi nahin hai.
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: يَرِثُ الْوَلَاءَ مَنْ يَرِثُ الْمَالَ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ لَيْسَ إِسْنَادُهُ بِالْقَوِيِّ.
