Chapter: What Has Been Related About 'The Dajjal Will Not Enter Al-Madinah'

باب مَا جَاءَ فِي الدَّجَّالِ لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْمَدِينَةَ

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2242

Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘the Dajjal will come to Al-Madinah to find the angels have surrounded it. Neither the plague nor the Dajjal will enter it if Allah wills.’ Imam Tirmidhi said, this Hadith is Sahih. There are narrations on this topic from Abu Hurairah, Fatima bin Qais, Usama bin Zaid, Samrata bin Jundub and Mihjan (رضي الله تعالى عنهم).

انس رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”دجال مدینہ ( کے قریب ) آئے گا تو فرشتوں کو اس کی نگرانی کرتے ہوئے پائے گا، اللہ نے چاہا تو اس میں دجال اور طاعون نہیں داخل ہو گا“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابوہریرہ، فاطمہ بنت قیس، اسامہ بن زید، سمرہ بن جندب اور محجن رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں۔

Anas RaZi AllaH 'AnHu Kehte Hain Ke Rasool AllaH Sali AllaH 'Alaihi Wasalam Ne Farmaya: "DaJJal Madina (Ke Qareeb) Aaye Ga To Farishtoon Ko Us Ki Nigraani Karte Huwe Paaye Ga, AllaH Ne Chaha To Is Mein DaJJal Aur Ta'oon Nahin Daakhil Ho Ga"۔ Imam Tirmizi Kehte Hain: 1- Yah Hadees Hasan Sahih Hai, 2- Is Bab Mein Abu Hurayrah, Fatima Bint Qais, Usama Bin Zaid, Samrah Bin Jundab Aur Muhajjan RaZi AllaH 'AnHum Se Bhi Ahadees Aai Hain.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْخُزَاعِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ يَأْتِي الدَّجَّالُ الْمَدِينَةَ فَيَجِدُ الْمَلَائِكَةَ يَحْرُسُونَهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَا يَدْخُلُهَا الطَّاعُونُ وَلَا الدَّجَّالُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَسَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدَبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمِحْجَنٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘faith is Yemeni, and disbelief is from the direction of the east. Tranquility is for the people of sheep, and wickedness and Riya is in those who boast among the people of horses and the people of camels. Al-Masih that is Ad-Dajjal will come, and when he reaches behind Uhud, the angels will turn his face to the direction of Ash-Sham and is there that he will be destroyed.’ Imam Tirmidhi said, this Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”ایمان یمن کی طرف سے نکلا ہے اور کفر مشرق ( پورب ) کی طرف سے، سکون و اطمینان والی زندگی بکری والوں کی ہے، اور فخر و ریاکاری فدادین یعنی گھوڑے اور اونٹ والوں میں ہے، جب مسیح دجال احد کے پیچھے آئے گا تو فرشتے اس کا رخ شام کی طرف پھیر دیں گے اور شام ہی میں وہ ہلاک ہو جائے گا“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے۔

Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat hai ke Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: “Eman Yaman ki taraf se nikla hai aur kufr Mashriq ( purb) ki taraf se, sukoon o itminaan wali zindagi bakri walon ki hai, aur fakhr o riyakari fudadin yani ghore aur ont walon mein hai, jab Masih Dajjal Ahad ke peeche aayega to farishte us ka rukh Sham ki taraf phir denge aur Sham hi mein woh halak ho jayega”۔ Imam Tirmidhi kehte hain: yeh hadith hasan sahih hai.

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ الْإِيمَانُ يَمَانٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْكُفْرُ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْمَشْرِقِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالسَّكِينَةُ لِأَهْلِ الْغَنَمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْفَخْرُ وَالرِّيَاءُ فِي الْفَدَّادِينَ أَهْلِ الْخَيْلِ وَأَهْلِ الْوَبَرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَأْتِي الْمَسِيحُ إِذَا جَاءَ دُبُرَ أُحُدٍ صَرَفَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَجْهَهُ قِبَلَ الشَّامِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُنَالِكَ يَهْلَكُ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
