Sunan Abi Dawud 2015
Usamah bin Sharik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated, ‘I went out with the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) to perform Hajj, and the people were coming to him. One would say, ‘O Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) I ran between Al Safa’ and Al Marwah before going round the Ka’bah or I did something before it’s proper time or did something after it’s proper time.’ He (the Prophet ﷺ) would reply, ‘no harm will come, no harm will come except to one who defames a Muslim acting wrongfully. That is the one who will be in trouble and will perish.’

اسامہ بن شریک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نبی اکرم ﷺ کے ساتھ حج کے لیے نکلا، لوگ آپ کے پاس آتے تھے جب کوئی کہتا: اللہ کے رسول! میں نے طواف سے پہلے سعی کر لی یا میں نے ایک چیز کو مقدم کر دیا یا مؤخر کر دیا تو آپ ﷺ فرماتے: کوئی حرج نہیں، کوئی حرج نہیں، حرج صرف اس پر ہے جس نے کسی مسلمان کی جان یا عزت و آبرو پامال کی اور وہ ظالم ہو، ایسا ہی شخص ہے جو حرج میں پڑ گیا اور ہلاک ہوا ۔
Asama bin Shariq (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke main Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath Hajj ke liye nikla, log aap ke pass aate the jab koi kehta: Allah ke Rasool! main ne Tawaf se pehle Sa'i kar li ya main ne ek cheez ko muqaddam kar di ya muakkhar kar di to aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) farmate: Koi harj nahin, koi harj nahin, harj sirf us par hai jis ne kisi musalman ki jaan ya izzat o aabroo paamal ki aur woh zalim ho, aisa hi shakhs hai jo harj mein par gaya aur halak hua.
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ، قَالَ: خَرَجْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَاجًّا، فَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَأْتُونَهُ، فَمَنْ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، سَعَيْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَطُوفَ، أَوْ قَدَّمْتُ شَيْئًا أَوْ أَخَّرْتُ شَيْئًا، فَكَانَ يَقُولُ: لَا حَرَجَ لَا حَرَجَ إِلَّا عَلَى رَجُلٍ اقْتَرَضَ عِرْضَ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ، فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي حَرِجَ وَهَلَكَ .
