باب مَنْ تُرَدُّ شَهَادَتُهُ

The tradition mentioned above (# 30) has also been transmitted by Sulaiman ibn Musa through a different chain of narrators. This version has, the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, the testimony of a deceitful man or woman, of an adulterer and adulteress, and of one who harbors rancor against his brother is not allowable.

اس سند سے بھی عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: خیانت کرنے والے مرد اور خیانت کرنے والی عورت کی، زانی مرد اور زانیہ عورت کی اور اپنے بھائی سے کینہ رکھنے والے شخص کی گواہی جائز نہیں ۔
Is sind se bhi Abdullah bin Amro ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a kehte hain ke Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Khyanat karne wala mard aur khyanat karne wali aurat ki, zani mard aur zania aurat ki aur apne bhai se kaina rakhne wala shakhsi ki gawahi jaiz nahin.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَلَفِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ الرَّازِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، بِإِسْنَادِهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ، وَلَا خَائِنَةٍ، وَلَا زَانٍ، وَلَا زَانِيَةٍ، وَلَا ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ .
