Sunan Abi Dawud 4545
Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, the blood-wit for accidental killing should be twenty she-camels which had entered their fourth year, twenty she-camels which had entered their fifth year, twenty she-camels which had entered their second year, twenty she-camels which had entered their third year, and twenty male camels which had entered their second year. And this is the saying of Abdullah.

عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: قتل خطا کی دیت میں بیس حقے، بیس جزعے، بیس بنت مخاض، بیس بنت لبون اور بیس ابن مخاض ہیں اور یہی عبداللہ بن مسعود کا قول ہے۔
Abdul-Allah bin Mas'ud (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool-Allah Sall-Allahu 'alaihi wa sallam ne farmaya: Qatl khata ki diyat mein bis haqqa, bis jaz'a, bis bint Makhaz, bis bint Lubun aur bis Ibn Makhaz hain aur yahi Abdul-Allah bin Mas'ud ka qoul hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ خِشْفِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الطَّائِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي دِيَةِ الْخَطَإِ عِشْرُونَ حِقَّةً، وَعِشْرُونَ جَذَعَةً، وَعِشْرُونَ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ، وَعِشْرُونَ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ، وَعِشْرُونَ بَنِي مَخَاضٍ ذُكُرٍ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ .
