باب افْتِتَاحِ الصَّلاَةِ

Wa’il bin Hujr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported in this tradition from the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) : When he prostrated, his knees touched the ground before his palms touched it; when he prostrated himself, he placed his forehead on the ground between his palms, and kept his armpits away from his sides. Hajjaj reported from Hammam and Shaqiq narrated a similar tradition to us from Asim bin Kulaib on the authority of his father from the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). And another version narrated by one of them and I think in all probability that this version has been narrated by Muhammad bin Juhadah : when he got up (after prostration), he got up with his knees and gave his weight on his thighs.

اس طریق سے بھی ابوحمید رضی اللہ عنہ سے یہی حدیث مروی ہے، اس میں ہے جب آپ ﷺ نے سجدہ کیا تو اپنے پیٹ کو اپنی دونوں رانوں کے کسی حصہ پر اٹھائے بغیر اپنی دونوں رانوں کے درمیان کشادگی رکھی ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: اسے ابن مبارک نے روایت کیا ہے، ابن مبارک سے فلیح نے بیان کیا ہے، فلیح کہتے ہیں: میں نے عباس بن سہل کو بیان کرتے سنا تو میں اسے یاد نہیں رکھ سکا۔ ابن مبارک کہتے ہیں: فلیح نے مجھ سے بیان کیا، میرا خیال ہے کہ فلیح نے عیسیٰ بن عبداللہ کا ذکر کیا کہ انہوں نے اسے عباس بن سہل سے سنا ہے، وہ کہتے ہیں: میں ابو حمید ساعدی رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس حاضر ہوا تو انہوں نے یہی حدیث روایت کی۔
is tariqe se bhi abuhamid radhiallahu anhu se yahi hadees marwi hai, is mein hai jab aap sallaAllahu alaihi wasallam ne sajdah kiya to apne pet ko apni dono rannoo ke kisi hisse par uthaye baghair apni dono rannoo ke darmiyan kashdadi rakhi. abudawud kehte hain: isse ibn mubarak ne riwayat ki hai, ibn mubarak se flih ne bayan kiya hai, flih kehte hain: maine abbas bin sahil ko bayan karte suna to main isse yaad nahi rakh saka. ibn mubarak kehte hain: flih ne mujh se bayan kiya, mera khayal hai ke flih ne eisa bin abdulllah ka zikr kiya ke unhon ne isse abbas bin sahil se suna hai, woh kehte hain: main abu hammed sa'adi radhiallahu anhu ke pass hazir huwa to unhon ne yahi hadees riwayat ki.
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، حَدَّثَنِي عُتْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنْ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، قَالَ: وَإِذَا سَجَدَ فَرَّجَ بَيْنَ فَخِذَيْهِ غَيْرَ حَامِلٍ بَطْنَهُ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِنْ فَخِذَيْهِ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: رَوَاهُ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ، سَمِعْتُ عَبَّاسَ بْنَ سَهْلٍ يُحَدِّثُ فَلَمْ أَحْفَظْهُ، فَحَدَّثَنِيهِ أُرَاهُ ذَكَرَ عِيسَى بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ، قَالَ: حَضَرْتُ أَبَا حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيَّ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ.
