Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 1318
Ibn 'Umar said, "There is nothing that is swallowed greater with Allah in reward than a slave of Allah who swallows and contains his rancour out of desire for the pleasure of Allah."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا:کوئی گھونٹ جو انسان پیتا ہے اللہ کے نزدیک غصے کے اس گھونٹ سے بڑھ کر اجرو ثواب والا نہیں ہے جو انسان اللہ کی رضا کے لیے پیتا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha: koi ghont jo insan peeta hai Allah ke nazdeek ghusse ke us ghont se badh kar ajro sawab wala nahi hai jo insan Allah ki raza ke liye peeta hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَبْدُ رَبِّهِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: مَا مِنْ جَرْعَةٍ أَعْظَمَ عِنْدَ اللهِ أَجْرًا مِنْ جَرْعَةِ غَيْظٍ كَظَمَهَا عَبْدٌ ابْتِغَاءَ وَجْهِ اللهِ.
