Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever is deprived of gentleness is deprived of goodness.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص نرمی سے محروم رہاوہ خیروبھلائی سے محروم رہا۔
Hazrat Jarir razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs narmi se mehroom raha woh khair o bhalai se mehroom raha.
Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When the people of a nation commit a sin and there is among them a person of honor and status, and he does not forbid them, then Allah's punishment overtakes them all.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جو قوم بھی کوئی گناہ کرتی ہے اور ان میں کوئی باعزت اور باوجاہت آدمی ہوتا ہے اگر وہ انہیں روکتا نہیں ہے تو اللہ کا عذاب ان سب پر آجاتا ہے.
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jo qaum bhi koi gunah karti hai aur un mein koi ba-izzat aur ba-vaqyat aadmi hota hai agar vo unhen rokta nahin hai to Allah ka azab un sab par aata hai.
Ziyad bin Alaqah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates, "I heard Jarir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) saying on the pulpit, 'Once I went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to pledge allegiance to him. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made it a condition for me to be sincere towards every Muslim. So, I am a well-wisher to all of you.'"

زیاد بن علاقہ رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت جریربن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو منبر پر یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں بیعت کے لئے حاضر ہوا نبی کریم ﷺ نے میرے سامنے ہر مسلمان کی خیرخواہی کی شرط رکھی میں تم سب کا خیرخواہ ہوں۔
Ziyad bin Alaqah rehmatullahi alaih kahte hain ki maine Hazrat Jarir bin Abdullah raziAllahu anhu ko mimbar par ye farmate hue suna hai ki ek martaba main Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein bai'at ke liye hazir hua Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mere samne har Musalman ki khairkhwahi ki shart rakhi main tum sab ka khairkhwah hun.
It is narrated on the authority of Jabir (RA) that during the Farewell Pilgrimage, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said to him, "O Jabir! Silence the people." Then during his sermon, he said, "Do not become disbelievers after me by taking to killing each other."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم نے حجۃ الوداع میں ان سے فرمایا اے جریر! لوگوں کو خاموش کراؤ پھر اپنے خطبے کے دوران فرمایا میرے پیچھے کافر نہ ہوجانا کہ ایک دوسرے کی گردنیں مارنے لگو،۔
Hazrat Jarir Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem ne Hajjatul Wida mein un se farmaya aye Jarir logon ko khamosh karao phir apne khutbe ke doran farmaya mere peeche kafir na hojana ke ek dusre ki gardanein marne lago
It is narrated on the authority of Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him during the Farewell Hajj, "O Jabir! Silence the people." Then, during his sermon, he said, "Do not become disbelievers after me by striking the necks of one another."

It is narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that when he embraced Islam, he presented himself in the court of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! I pledge allegiance to Islam." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) withdrew his hand and said, "Wish well for every Muslim." Then the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "He who does not show mercy to people, Allah will not show mercy to him."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ قبول اسلام کے وقت میں نے بارگاہ رسالت میں حاضر ہو کر عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! میں اسلام پر بیعت کرتا ہوں نبی کریم ﷺ نے اپنا ہاتھ کھینچ کر فرمایا ہر مسلمان کی خیرخواہی کرو۔ پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص لوگوں پر رحم نہیں کرتا اللہ تعالیٰ اس پر بھی رحم نہیں کرتا۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki qubool Islam ke waqt mein ne bargah risalat mein hazir ho kar arz kiya Ya Rasul Allah mein Islam par bai'at karta hun Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne apna hath khench kar farmaya har Musalman ki khairkhwahi karo phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs logon par reham nahin karta Allah Ta'ala us par bhi reham nahin karta.
Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying, "Whoever does not have mercy on people, Allah will not have mercy on him."
