Narrated by Jabir ibn Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I said in the court of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "O Messenger of Allah! Some people think that we will not get any reward for being in Makkah al-Mukarramah?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "They are wrong, you will surely get your reward, even if you are in a fox's hole."

سیدنا جبیر بن مطعم رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں بارگاہ رسالت میں عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ!! کچھ لوگ سمجھتے ہیں کہ مکہ مکر مہ میں ہمیں کوئی اجر نہیں ملا؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: وہ غلط کہتے ہیں، تمہیں تمہارا اجروثواب ضرور ملے گا خواہ تم لومڑی کے بل میں ہو۔
Syedna Jabir bin Mut'im RA se marvi hai keh ek martaba main bargah risalat main arz kiya: Ya Rasulullah!! Kuch log samajhte hain keh Makkah Mukarrama main humain koi ajr nahi mila? Nabi SAW ne farmaya: Woh galat kehte hain, tumhein tumhara ajro sawab zaroor milega khawah tum lomri ke bil main ho.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) distributed the spoils of Khaybar among his close relatives, Banu Hashim and Banu Abdul Muttalib, I and Sayyiduna Uthman Ghani (may Allah be pleased with him) went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and submitted: "O Messenger of Allah! We do not deny the virtue of Banu Hashim for you have a status and rank with them that Allah has bestowed upon you, but these Banu Muttalib, you have given them their share and left us out? But they and we have the same kinship and status with you.” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Indeed, these people separated from me neither in the pre-Islamic period nor in the time of Islam, and Banu Hashim and Banu Muttalib are one and the same." Saying this, he interlocked the fingers of both his hands to illustrate.

سیدنا جبیر بن مطعم رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے جب خیبر کے مال غنیمت میں اپنے قریبی رشتہ داروں بنو ہاشم اور بنو عبدالمطلب کے درمیان حصہ تقسیم فرمایا: تو میں اور سیدنا عثمان غنی رضی اللہ عنہ نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ!! یہ جو بنو ہاشم ہیں ہم ان کی فضیلت کا انکار نہیں کرتے، کیونکہ آپ کا ایک مقام و مرتبہ ہے جو اللہ نے آپ کو ان کے ساتھ بیان فرمایا ہے لیکن یہ جو بنو مطلب ہیں آپ نے انہیں تو عطاء فرما دیا اور ہمیں چھوڑ دیا؟ لیکن وہ اور ہم آپ کے ساتھ ایک جیسی نسبت اور مقام رکھتے ہیں، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ دراصل یہ لوگ زمانہ جاہلیت میں مجھ سے جدا ہوئے اور نہ زمانہ اسلام میں اور بنو ہاشم اور بنومطلب ایک ہی چیز ہیں یہ کہہ کر آپ نے دونوں ہاتھوں کی انگلیاں ایک دوسرے میں داخل کر کے دکھائیں۔
Sayyidna Jabir bin Mut'im (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne jab Khyber ke maal ghanimat mein apne qareebi rishtedaron Banu Hashim aur Banu Abdul Muttalib ke darmiyan hissa taqsim farmaya: to main aur Sayyidna Usman Ghani (رضي الله تعالى عنه) Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hue aur arz kiya: Ya Rasulullah!! ye jo Banu Hashim hain hum in ki fazilat ka inkar nahin karte, kyunki aap ka ek maqam o martaba hai jo Allah ne aap ko in ke sath bayan farmaya hai lekin ye jo Banu Muttalib hain aap ne inhen to ataa farma diya aur hamen chhor diya? Lekin wo aur hum aap ke sath ek jaisi nisbat aur maqam rakhte hain, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki darasal ye log zamana jahiliyat mein mujhse juda hue aur na zamana Islam mein aur Banu Hashim aur Banu Muttalib ek hi cheez hain ye kah kar aap ne donon hathon ki ungliyan ek dusre mein dakhil kar ke dikhayen.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) reciting Surah Tur in the Maghrib prayer.

سیدنا جبیر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی ﷺ کو نماز مغرب میں سورت طور پڑھتے ہوئے سنا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki unhon ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko namaz Maghrib mein Surah Tur padhte huye suna hai.
It is narrated by Sayyidina Jabir bin Mut'im that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying three times Allahu Akbar Kabira (Allah is the Greatest, the Most Great), three times Walhamdulillah Kathira (All praise is for Allah, much praise), and three times Subhanallahi Bukrataw Wa Aseela (Glory be to Allah, in the morning and in the evening), and this supplication: “O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the Hamz, Nafth and Nafkh of Satan, the accursed.” Amr says that Hamz refers to the death that overtakes the son of Adam, Nafkh refers to arrogance, and Nafth refers to poetry.

سیدنا جبیر بن مطعم سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نوافل میں نبی ﷺ کو تین مرتبہ اللہ اکبر کبیرا، تین مرتبہ والحمدللہ کثیرا اور تین مرتبہ سبحان اللہ بکر ۃ واصیلا اور یہ دعاء پڑھتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اے اللہ! میں شیطان مردوں کے ہمز، نفث اور نفخ سے آپ کی پناہ میں آتا ہوں، عمرو کہتے ہیں کہ ہمز سے مراد وہ موت ہے جو ابن آدم کو اپنی گرفت میں لے لیتی ہے، نفخ سے مراد تکبر ہے اور نفث سے مراد شعر ہے۔
Sayyida Jbair bin Mut'im se marvi hai ki maine nawafil mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko teen martaba Allahu Akbar Kabira, teen martaba walhamdulillah kaseera aur teen martaba Subhan Allahi bikra taw wa aasila aur ye dua parhte hue suna hai ki aye Allah main shaitan mardon ke hamaz, nafth aur nafk se aap ki panah mein aata hun, Amr kahte hain ki hamaz se murad wo maut hai jo Ibn Adam ko apni giraft mein le leti hai, nafk se murad takabbur hai aur nafth se murad shair hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir bin Mut'im, may Allah be pleased with him, that he went to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, regarding the ransom of the prisoners of the Battle of Badr. He had not yet embraced Islam at that time. He said, "I entered Masjid-e-Nabawi while the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was leading the Maghrib prayer. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, began reciting Surah Tur. When the sound of the Quran reached my ears, my heart trembled."

سیدنا جبیر بن مطعم رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ وہ غزوہ بدر کے قیدیوں کے فدیہ کے سلسلہ میں نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اس وقت تک انہوں نے اسلام قبول نہیں کیا تھا، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں مسجد نبوی میں داخل ہوا تو نبی ﷺ مغرب کی نماز پڑھا رہے تھے، نبی ﷺ نے سورت طور کی تلاوت شروع فرما دی، جب قرآن کی آواز میرے کانوں تک پہنچی تو میرا دل لرزنے لگا۔
Saina Jubair bin Mut'im razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki woh Ghazwa Badr ke qaidion ke fidya ke silsila mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hue us waqt tak unhon ne Islam qubool nahi kiya tha woh kahte hain ki mein Masjid Nabvi mein dakhil hua to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Maghrib ki namaz parha rahe the Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Surah Tur ki tilawat shuru farma di jab Quran ki awaz mere kano tak pahunchi to mera dil larazne laga
Narrated by Jabir bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) that once we were discussing Ghusl in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I take water in both my hands thrice and pour it over my head."

سیدنا جبیر بن مطعم رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگ نبی ﷺ کی موجودگی میں غسل ت کا تذکر ہ کر رہے تھے، نبی ﷺ فرمانے لگے کہ میں تو دونوں ہتھیلیوں میں بھر کر پانی لیتا ہوں اور تین مرتبہ اپنے سر پر بہا لیتا ہوں۔
Sayyidina Jabir bin Mut'im (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba hum log Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki mojoodgi mein ghusl ka tazkara kar rahe the, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) farmane lage ki mein to donon hathalion mein bhar kar pani leta hun aur teen martaba apne sar par baha leta hun.
