Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10027
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once dates of charity were brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave an order regarding them and took Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) or Hussain (may Allah be pleased with him) on his shoulder. Their saliva started flowing on the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) looked up and saw a date in his mouth. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) put his hand in his mouth, took out the date, and said, "Don't you know that the family of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) does not eat charity?"

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے پاس صدقہ کی کھجوریں لائی گئیں نبی کریم ﷺ نے ان کے متعلق ایک حکم دے دیا اور حضرت حسن رضی اللہ عنہ یا حسین رضی اللہ عنہ کو اپنے کندھے پر بٹھا لیا ان کا لعاب نبی کریم ﷺ پر بہنے لگا نبی کریم ﷺ نے سر اٹھا کر دیکھا تو ان کے منہ میں ایک کھجور نظر آئی نبی کریم ﷺ نے اپنا ہاتھ ڈال کر منہ میں سے وہ کھجور نکالی اور فرمایا کیا تمہیں پتہ نہیں ہے کہ آل محمد ﷺ صدقہ نہیں کھاتی۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai ki aik martaba Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ke pass sadqa ki khajoorein laayi gayin Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne un ke mutalliq aik hukm de diya aur Hazrat Hassan Radi Allaho Anho ya Hussain Radi Allaho Anho ko apne kandhe par bitha liya un ka laab Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam par behne laga Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne sar utha kar dekha to un ke munh mein aik khajoor nazar aayi Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne apna hath dal kar munh mein se woh khajoor nikali aur farmaya kya tumhein pata nahi hai ki Aal Mohammad Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam sadqa nahi khati.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ , قََالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَة ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، قََالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يقول: أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِتَمْرٍ مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَأَمَرَ فِيهِ بِأَمْرٍ، ثُمَّ حَمَلَ الْحَسَنَ , أَوْ الْحُسَيْنَ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ، وَإِنََّ لُعَابُهُ لَيَسِيلُ، فَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهِ، فََإِذَا هُوَ يَلُوكُ تَمْرَةً مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ:" أَلْقِهَا، أَمَا شَعَرْتَ أَنَّ آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَأْكُلُونَ الصَّدَقَةَ" .
