Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10158
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight against the people until they testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and until they offer the prayers perfectly and give the obligatory charity, so if they perform all that, then they save their lives and properties from me except for Islamic laws and then their reckoning (accounts) will be with Allah."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اس وقت تک قتال کرتا رہوں گا جب تک وہ لاالہ الا اللہ نہ کہہ لیں جب وہ یہ کلمہ کہہ لیں تو انہوں نے اپنی جان مال کو مجھ سے محفوظ کرلیا الاّ یہ کہ اس کلمہ کا کوئی حق ہو اور ان کا حساب کتاب اللہ تعالیٰ کے ذمے ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya is waqt tak qatal karta rahun ga jab tak wo La Ilaha Illallah na keh lein jab wo ye kalma keh lein to unhon ne apni jaan maal ko mujh se mehfooz kar liya illa ye ke is kalma ka koi haq ho aur un ka hisab kitab Allah Ta'ala ke zimme hai.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قََالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى التَّوْءَمَةِ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، فَإِذَا قَالُوا: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، عَصَمُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا، وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ" .
