Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10200
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) said in the interpretation of "Maqam Mahmood", the intended meaning is intercession.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے " مقام محمود " کی تفسیر میں فرمایا اس سے مراد شفاعت ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne "Maqaam e Mahmood" ki tafseer mein farmaya is se murad shafa'at hai.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قََالَ: حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ الزَّعَافِرِيُّ ، عَنِ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ: قََالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْمَقَامُ الْمَحْمُودُ الشَّفَاعَةُ" .
