Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10435
It was narrated from Abu Huraira that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "I am only human. If I have wronged any one of you by insulting him or cursing him or flogging him, then let him take retaliation.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میں بھی ایک انسان ہوں (اے اللہ) میں نے جس شخص کو بھی (نادانستگی میں) برا بھلا کہا ہو یا لعنت کی ہو یا کوڑا مارا ہو اسے اس شخص کے لئے باعث تزکیہ و رحمت بنادے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mein bhi ek insan hun (ay Allah) mein ne jis shakhs ko bhi (nadanistagi mein) bura bhala kaha ho ya laanat ki ho ya kora mara ho usay uss shakhs ke liye baais tazkiya o rehmat bana de.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ، فَأَيُّمَا مُسْلِمٍ سَبَبْتُهُ، أَوْ لَعَنْتُهُ، أَوْ جَلَدْتُهُ، فَاجْعَلْهَا لَهُ زَكَاةً وَرَحْمَةً" .
