Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10922
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “The seller and the buyer have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted or till they part, and if both the parties speak the truth and mention the defects and qualities (of the goods), then they will be blessed in their transaction, but if they tell lies or hide something, then the blessings of their transaction will be lost.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا بائع (بچنے والا) اور مشتری (خریدنے والا اور بیچنے والا) کسی بھی معاملے میں اس وقت تک جدا نہ ہوں جب تک باہمی رضامندی نہ ہو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ba'e (bechne wala) aur mushtari (kharidne wala aur bechne wala) kisi bhi mamle mein us waqt tak juda na hon jab tak bahmi raza mandi na ho.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ , حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي بْنَ أَيُّوبَ مِنْ وَلَدِ جَرِيرٍ , قََالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ يُذْكَرُ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَتَفَرَّقُ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ عَنْ بَيْعٍ إِلَّا عَنْ تَرَاضٍ" .
