Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10926
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Destruction is for the Arabs from the evil that has drawn near. Knowledge will decrease and turmoil will increase. I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is meant by turmoil?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Murder."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اہل عرب کے لئے ہلاکت ہے اس شر سے جو قریب آ لگا ہے علم کم ہوجائے گا اور ہرج کی کثرت ہوجائے گی میں نے پوچھا یا رسول اللہ! ہرج سے کیا مراد ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا قتل۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Ahle Arab ke liye halakat hai is shar se jo qareeb aa laga hai ilm kam ho jaye ga aur harj ki kasrat ho jaye gi main ne pucha Ya Rasulullah harj se kya murad hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya qatl.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ , وَهَاشِمٌ , قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ , عَنْ عَاصِمٍ , عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " وَيْلٌ لِلْعَرَبِ مِنْ شَرٍّ قَدْ اقْتَرَبَ , يَنْقُصُ الْعِلْمُ , وَيَكْثُرُ الْهَرْجُ" , قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , وَمَا الْهَرْجُ؟ قَالَ:" الْقَتْلُ" .
