Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10940
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "If anyone goes to sleep after having (grease) on his hands and he does not know what he is going to face during the night because of that (grease), then he should blame none but himself (for not washing his hands before sleep)."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جس شخص کے ہاتھ پر چکنائی کے اثرات ہوں اور وہ انہیں دھوئے بغیر ہی سوجائے جس کی وجہ سے اسے کوئی تکلیف پہنچ جائے تو وہ صرف اپنے آپ ہی کو ملامت کرے (کہ کیوں ہاتھ دھوکر نہ سویا)
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jis shakhs ke hath par chiknaai ke asrat hon aur wo unhen dhoye baghair hi so jaye jis ki wajah se use koi takleef pahunch jaye to wo sirf apne aap hi ko malamat kare (kyun hath dho kar na soya).
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ , وَهَاشِمٌ , قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ , حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلٌ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ نَامَ وَفِي يَدِهِ غَمْرٌ , وَلَمْ يَغْسِلْهُ , فَأَصَابَهُ شَيْءٌ , فَلَا يَلُومَنَّ إِلَّا نَفْسَهُ" .
