Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11228
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said regarding the captives of the battle of Autas: No person should have intercourse with a pregnant slave girl until she has given birth, and if she is not pregnant, then he should not have intercourse with her until one menstrual cycle has passed.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے غزوہ اوطاس کے قیدیوں کے متعلق فرمایا تھا کوئی شخص کسی حاملہ باندی سے مباشرت نہ کرے، تاآنکہ وضع حمل ہوجائے اور اگر وہ غیر حاملہ ہو تو ایام کا ایک دور گذرنے تک اس سے مباشرت نہ کرے
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne gazwa autas ke qaidion ke mutalliq farmaya tha koi shakhs kisi hamil bandi se mubashrat na kare taankay wazeh hal ho jae aur agar wo ghair hamil ho to ayaam ka ek daur guzarne tak us se mubashrat na kare
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، وأبي إسحاق ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي سَبْيِ أَوْطَاسٍ:" لَا يَقَعُ عَلَى حَامِلٍ حَتَّى تَضَعَ، وَغَيْرِ حَامِلٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً".
