Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11419
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: It is not lawful for a person who believes in Allah and the Last Day to untie a string tied to the udders of a she-camel without the permission of its owner, because it is their seal. When you are in a jungle and you see a milk bag or a leather container, call out to the owners of the camel three times, if they give it to you then drink, otherwise do not drink. And if you are in need and you do not have anything to eat, then two men among you should hold it and then drink it.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جو شخص اللہ اور یوم آخرت پر ایمان رکھتا ہو اس کے لئے حلال نہیں ہے کہ کسی اونٹنی کے تھنوں پر بندھا ہوا دھاگا اس کے مالک کی اجازت کے بغیر کھولے، کیونکہ وہ ان کی مہر ہے، جب تم کسی جنگل میں ہو اور وہاں تمہیں دودھ کا کوئی مٹکا یا مشکیزہ نظر آئے تو تین مرتبہ اونٹ کے مالکان کو آواز دو، اگر وہ تمہیں پلا دیں تو پی لو، ورنہ مت پیو اور اگر تم ضرورت مند ہو اور تمہارے پاس کھانے کے لئے کچھ نہ ہو تو اسے تم میں سے دو آدمی روک لیں، پھر اسے پی لو۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jo shakhs Allah aur Youm Aakhirat per imaan rakhta ho uske liye halal nahi hai keh kisi oonthni ke thanon per bandha hua dhaaga uske maalik ki ijazat ke baghair khole, kyunkay woh unki muhar hai, jab tum kisi jungle mein ho aur wahan tumhein doodh ka koi matka ya mashiza nazar aaye to teen martaba oonth ke malikan ko aawaz do, agar woh tumhein pila dein to pi lo, warna mat piyo aur agar tum zarorat mand ho aur tumhare pass khane ke liye kuchh nah ho to use tum mein se do aadmi rok len, phir use pi lo.
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، وَأَبُو النَّضْرِ , قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُصْمٍ أَبِي عُلْوَانَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ يَحِلَّ صِرَارَ نَاقَةٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ أَهْلِهَا، فَإِنَّهُ خَاتَمُهُمْ عَلَيْهَا، فَإِذَا كُنْتُمْ بِقَفْرٍ، فَرَأَيْتُمْ الْوَطْبَ , أَوْ الرَّاوِيَةَ , أَوْ السِّقَاءَ مِنَ اللَّبَنِ، فَنَادُوا أَصْحَابَ الْإِبِلِ ثَلَاثًا، فَإِنْ سَقَاكُمْ فَاشْرَبُوا، وَإِلَّا فَلَا، وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُرْمِلِينَ" , قَالَ أَبُو النَّضْرِ:" وَلَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَكُمْ طَعَامٌ، فَلْيُمْسِكْهُ رَجُلَانِ مِنْكُمْ، ثُمَّ اشْرَبُوا".
