Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11497
It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Pray Zuhr when the heat is less intense (after the hottest part of the day), for the intense heat is from the blowing of the Hellfire.”

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا (جب گرمی کی شدت بڑھ جائے تو) نمازِ ظہر کو ٹھنڈے وقت میں پڑھا کرو کیونکہ گرمی کی شدت جہنم کی تپش کا اثر ہوتی ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya (jab garmi ki shiddat barh jaye to) Namaz e Zuhr ko thande waqt mein parha karo kyunki garmi ki shiddat jahannam ki tapish ka asar hoti hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" شِدَّةُ الْحَرِّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ، فَأَبْرِدُوا بِالصَّلَاةِ".
