Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11577
It is narrated by Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade from the sale of "Muzabanah" and "Muhaqalah." Muzabanah refers to the transaction of bartering unripe dates still on the trees for a measured quantity of harvested dates. Muhaqalah refers to leasing land for cultivation.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے بیع مزابنہ اور محاقلہ سے منع فرمایا ہے، بیع مزابنہ سے مراد یہ ہے کہ درختوں پر لگے ہوئے پھل کو کٹی ہوئی کھجور کے بدلے ناپ کر معاملہ کرنا اور محاقلہ کا مطلب زمین کو کرائے پر دینا ہے۔
Hazrat Abusaid Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne bai mazaabanah aur muhaqalah se mana farmaya hai, bai mazaabanah se murad ye hai ki darakhton par lage hue phal ko kati hui khajoor ke badle naap kar mamla karna aur muhaqalah ka matlab zameen ko kiraye par dena hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ"، وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ: اشْتِرَاءُ الثَّمَرَةِ فِي رُؤُوسِ النَّخْلِ بِالتَّمْرِ كَيْلًا، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةُ: كِرَاءُ الْأَرْضِ.
