Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11623
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that we participated in the battles of Fadak and Khaibar with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Allah granted victory to His Prophet on both occasions. The people ate a lot of garlic and onion. When they gathered in the mosque at the time of prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was bothered by its smell. When the people ate it again, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Do not eat it. Whoever eats it should not come near our gathering." Similarly, on the occasion of the Battle of Khaibar, the people also obtained the meat of domesticated donkeys and cooked it in pots, my pot being one of them. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was informed about it, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said twice, "I forbid you from it." Upon this, all the pots were overturned, including mine.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگ فدک اور خیبر کے غزوے میں نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ شریک تھے، اللہ نے اپنے پیغمبر کو دونوں موقعوں پر فتح عطاء فرمائی، تو لوگوں نے یہ لہسن اور پیاز خوب کثرت کے ساتھ کھایا، جب نماز کے وقت وہ مسجد میں نبی ﷺ کے پاس جمع ہوئے تو نبی ﷺ کو اس کی بو سے اذیت محسوس ہوئی، لوگوں نے جب دوبارہ اسے کھایا تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا اسے مت کھایا کرو، جو شخص اس میں سے کچھ کھائے تو وہ ہماری مجلس کے قریب نہ آئے۔ اسی طرح غزوہ خیبر کے موقع پر لوگوں نے پالتو گدھوں کا گوشت بھی حاصل کیا اور ہنڈیاں چڑھا دیں، ان میں میری ہانڈی بھی شامل تھی، نبی ﷺ کو اس کی اطلاع ہوئی تو نبی ﷺ نے دو مرتبہ فرمایا کہ میں تمہیں اس سے منع کرتا ہوں، اس پر ساری ہانڈیاں الٹا دی گئیں، ان میں میری ہنڈیا بھی شامل تھی۔
Hazrat Abusaeed Khudri Razi Allahu Anhu se marvi hai ke hum log Fidak aur Khaibar ke ghazwe mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath sharik thay, Allah ne apne paigambar ko dono mauqon par fatah ata farmaee, to logon ne yeh lahsan aur pyaaz khoob kasrat ke sath khaya, jab namaz ke waqt woh masjid mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas jama huye to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko uski bu se aziyat mehsoos hui, logon ne jab dobara use khaya to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya use mat khaya karo, jo shakhs is mein se kuch khaye to woh hamari majlis ke qareeb na aaye. Isi tarah ghazwa Khaibar ke mauqe par logon ne paltu gadhon ka gosht bhi hasil kiya aur handiyan charha deen, in mein meri handiya bhi shamil thi, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko uski ittila hui to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne do martaba farmaya ke mein tumhe is se mana karta hun, is par sari handiyan ulta de gayen, in mein meri handiya bhi shamil thi.
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ، قَالَ: غَزَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَكَ وَخَيْبَرَ، قَالَ: فَفَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ فَدَكَ وَخَيْبَرَ، فَوَقَعَ النَّاسُ فِي بَقْلَةٍ لَهُمْ، هَذَا الثُّومُ وَالْبَصَلُ، قَالَ: فَرَاحُوا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَوَجَدَ رِيحَهَا، فَتَأَذَّى بِهِ، ثُمَّ عَادَ الْقَوْمُ، فَقَالَ:" أَلَا لَا تَأْكُلُوهُ، فَمَنْ أَكَلَ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا، فَلَا يَقْرَبَنَّ مَجْلِسَنَا". قَالَ: وَوَقَعَ النَّاسُ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ فِي لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ، وَنَصَبُوا الْقُدُورَ، وَنَصَبْتُ قِدْرِي فِيمَنْ نَصَبَ، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ:" أَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ، أَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ"، مَرَّتَيْنِ، فَأُكْفِئَتْ الْقُدُورُ، فَكَفَأْتُ قِدْرِي فِيمَنْ كَفَأَ.
