Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11669
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once on a Friday, we were with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when a villager entered Masjid-e-Nabawi, while the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was delivering a sermon on the pulpit. He sat down at the back. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked him, "Have you prayed two rak'ahs?" He said, "No." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered him to pray two rak'ahs, so he came near the pulpit and prayed two rak'ahs.

حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ جمعہ کے دن ہم نبی ﷺ کے ہمراہ تھے کہ ایک دیہاتی آدمی مسجد نبوی میں داخل ہوا، اس وقت نبی ﷺ منبر پر خطبہ ارشاد فرما رہے تھے، وہ پیچھے بیٹھ گیا نبی ﷺ نے اس سے پوچھا کہ تم نے دو رکعتیں پڑھی ہیں اس نے کہا نہیں، نبی ﷺ نے اسے دو رکعتیں پڑھنے کا حکم دیا، چنانچہ اس نے منبر کے پاس آکر دو رکعتیں پڑھیں۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba Jumu'ah ke din hum Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke humrah the ki ek dehati aadmi Masjid Nabvi mein dakhil hua, us waqt Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) mimbar par khutbah irshad farma rahe the, woh peeche baith gaya. Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us se pucha ki tumne do rakaat padhi hain? Usne kaha nahin. Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use do rakaat padhne ka hukum diya, chunancha usne mimbar ke pass aakar do rakaat padhin.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ وَرْدَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، فَدَخَلَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ، وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ، فَجَلَسَ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ فِي آخِرِ النَّاسِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" أَرَكَعْتَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ؟" , قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: فَأَمَرَهُ، فَأَتَى الرَّحَبَةَ الَّتِي عِنْدَ الْمِنْبَرِ، فَرَكَعَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ.
