Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 119

It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Umar Farooq (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave the verdict that the owner of the ride is entitled to the front seat.

سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے یہ فیصلہ فرما دیا ہے کہ سواری کی اگلی سیٹ پر بیٹھنے کا حقدار سواری کا مالک ہے۔

Sayyidna Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ye faisla farma diya hai ki sawari ki agli seat par baithne ka haqdar sawari ka malik hai.

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَبَإٍ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ ، عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْيَزَنِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ مُغِيثٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ، قَالَ:" قَضَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ صَاحِبَ الدَّابَّةِ أَحَقُّ بِصَدْرِهَا".
