Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 13304
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that I often heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying, “O Allah! I seek refuge in You from anxiety, sorrow, helplessness, laziness, cowardice, the burden of debts, and the overpowering of people."

حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں آپ ﷺ کو کثرت سے یہ کہتا ہوا سنتا تھا کہ اے اللہ! میں پریشانی، غم، لاچاری، سستی، بزدلی، قرضوں کے بوجھ اور لوگوں کے غلبے سے آپ کی پناہ میں آتا ہوں۔
Hazrat Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki main aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko kasrat se ye kehte hue sunta tha ke aye Allah! main pareshani, gham, lachari, susti, buzdali, qurzon ke bojh aur logon ke zulm se aap ki panah mein aata hun.
حَدَّثَنَا مَكِّيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَثِيرًا مَا كَانَ يَدْعُو بِهَؤُلَاءِ الدَّعَوَاتِ:" اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ، وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ".
