Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14157
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) established the right of pre-emption in every undivided property, but when it is divided and boundaries are defined and the paths become separate then the right of pre-emption lapses.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ہر اس مال میں حق شفعہ کو ثابت قرار دیا ہے جو تقسیم ہوا ہو جب حد بندی ہو جائے اور راستے الگ الگ ہو جائیں تو پھر حق شفعہ باقی نہیں رہتا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne har uss maal mein haq shaf'ah ko sabit qarar diya hai jo taqsim hua ho jab had bandi ho jaye aur raste alag alag ho jayen to phir haq shaf'ah baqi nahin rehta.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ:" إِنَّمَا جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الشُّفْعَةَ فِي كُلِّ مَالٍ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ، فَإِذَا وَقَعَتْ الْحُدُودُ، وَصُرِّفَتْ الطُّرُقُ، فَلَا شُفْعَةَ".
