Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14211
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the digging of the trench, three days passed over the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and his companions in a state that they did not taste anything. While digging the trench, at one point the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) submitted: "O Messenger of Allah! There is a rock of the mountain here." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Sprinkle water on it." They sprinkled water on it. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came and picked up the spade and recited Bismillah and struck it three times. At that very moment, the rock broke apart and turned into a mound of sand. Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) says that when I paid attention, I saw that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had a stone tied to his blessed stomach.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ خندق کھودنے کے موقع پر نبی ﷺ اور آپ کے صحابہ پر تین دن اس حال میں گزر گئے کہ انہوں نے کوئی چیز نہیں چکھی، خندق کھودتے ہوئے ایک موقع پر صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہم نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! یہاں پر پہاڑ کی ایک چٹان آ گئی ہے، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اس پر پانی چھڑک دو، انہوں نے اس پر پانی چھڑک دیا، پھر نبی ﷺ تشریف لائے اور کدال پکڑ کر بسم اللہ پڑھی اور اس پر تین ضربیں لگائیں، اسی لمحے وہ چٹان ٹوٹ کر ریت کا ٹیلہ بن گئی سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے غور کیا تو اس وقت نبی ﷺ نے اپنے بطن مبارک پر پتھر باندھ رکھا تھا۔
Sayyidina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Khandaq khodne ke mauqe par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aur aap ke Sahaba par teen din is hal mein guzar gaye ki unhon ne koi cheez nahi chakhi, Khandaq khodte hue ek mauqe par Sahaba (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne arz kiya: Ya Rasulullah! yahan par pahar ki ek chatan aa gayi hai, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki is par pani chhirak do, unhon ne is par pani chhirak diya, phir Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) tashreef laaye aur kudal pakad kar Bismillah padhi aur is par teen zarben lagayin, isi lamhe woh chatan toot kar ret ka teela ban gayi Sayyidina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kahte hain ki main ne gौर kiya to is waqt Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne apne batn mubarak par pathar bandh rakha tha.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ أَيْمَنَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ: مَكَثَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَصْحَابُهُ وَهُمْ يَحْفِرُونَ الْخَنْدَقَ ثَلَاثًا، لَمْ يَذُوقُوا طَعَامًا، فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ هَاهُنَا كُدْيَةً مِنَ الْجَبَلِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" رُشُّوهَا بِالْمَاءِ" فَرَشُّوهَا، ثُمَّ جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخَذَ الْمِعْوَلَ، أَوْ الْمِسْحَاةَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ:" بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ" فَضَرَبَ ثَلَاثًا، فَصَارَتْ كَثِيبًا يُهَالُ، قَالَ جَابِرٌ: فَحَانَتْ مِنِّي الْتِفَاتَةٌ، فَإِذَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ شَدَّ عَلَى بَطْنِهِ حَجَرًا.
