Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14241
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyidina Muadh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) used to pray the Isha prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and then he would go to his people and lead them in the same prayer.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سیدنا معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ ابتداء نماز عشاء نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ پڑھتے تھے، پھر اپنی قوم میں جا کر انہیں وہی نماز پڑھا دیتے تھے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Sayyidna Muaz bin Jabal (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ibtida namaaz Isha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath parhte the, phir apni qaum mein ja kar unhen wohi namaaz parha dete the.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ" كَانَ يُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعِشَاءَ، ثُمَّ يَأْتِي قَوْمَهُ، فَيُصَلِّي بِهِمْ تِلْكَ الصَّلَاةَ".
